What We Collect
When you use Result.Law, we collect the information you provide in the intake questionnaire, including your state, violation type, fine amount, and other ticket details. We also collect your email address if you contact us.
If you make a payment, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment information. Result.Law does not store your credit card details.
We automatically collect standard technical information including your IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
How We Use Your Information
- To generate your traffic ticket assessment
- To process your payment and deliver your full analysis
- To improve our service and analysis quality
- To respond to your inquiries
- To comply with legal obligations
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Stripe — to process payments securely
- Anthropic — our AI provider, which processes your ticket details to generate your assessment. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to this processing.
- Legal referral partners — only if you explicitly request to be connected with a lawyer
- Law enforcement or courts — if required by law
Data Retention
Your ticket information is stored temporarily to deliver your assessment (up to 2 hours via session). We may retain anonymized, aggregated data to improve our service. We do not retain identifiable ticket data beyond what is necessary.
California Residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of your personal information, and opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information).

Cookies
We use session cookies to maintain your assessment between the questionnaire and results pages. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
